Liz had been on stage sharing along with another spouse (Michael Force‘s wife, Delilah) about her side of the business equation, being married to Aaron…it was pretty powerful, raw & honest stuff. Sometimes people forget that behind all the pezzazz and glamour of an event like this is a long history of struggle, pain, and unbelievable hard, sustained effort.
Most businesses fail for a small cluster of reasons – but two of them are lack of team and lack of vision. Jay, Liz, Aaron, and many of the original team they spearhead at the Vegas event have huge vision, fantastic team, and outstanding leadership.
I’ve been involved in entrepreneurial activity for long enough to know the real thing, and I bet both Jay and Aaron have shared many tears with one another as well as the smiles. These guys are outstanding in their vision, passion and commitment.
